About FFLV
Food For Life Vrindavan (FFLV) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities in and around Vrindavan, India. Established in 1991, FFLV began as a humble initiative to serve meals to those in need and has since grown into a comprehensive development program focused on education, empowerment, and community support.
Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty by providing holistic support to the most vulnerable sections of society, especially women and children. Through education, healthcare, skill training, and community services, we aim to foster independence, dignity, and hope.
We operate three schools in Vrindavan, offering free education to over 1,500 girls. Along with academics, we provide vocational training, life skills, and moral education to ensure they are equipped for a brighter future. FFLV works closely with the local community to address their needs. From distributing food to providing clean water, housing, and healthcare, we strive to improve living conditions and bring sustainable change.
We offer skill-training programs and support initiatives that enable women to become financially independent, breaking social barriers and building self-reliance. Protecting the environment is an integral part of our mission. We organize tree-planting drives, waste management programs, and campaigns to raise awareness about ecological preservation.
Why Support Us?
Vrindavan, despite its spiritual significance, is home to some of the most underprivileged communities in India. Poverty, lack of education, and inadequate healthcare are everyday struggles for many here. At FFLV, we provide a lifeline to these families, ensuring that every donation directly transforms lives. With your support, we can continue to make a difference, one child, one woman, one family at a time. Together, we can create a world filled with opportunities, dignity, and hope.
